EastFields Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the " Company") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") regarding the processing of personal information of you using the service named "Granstra" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

    The Privacy Policy has been prepared in Japanese and English versions. In the event of any conflict of interpretation between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

CCPA/CPRA Privacy Policy

Eastfields Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established following CCPA/CPRA Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the " CCPA/CPRA Privacy Policy") regarding the processing of personal information of California residents who use the service named "Granstra" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.
The CCPA/CPRA Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal information and sensitive personal information of customers who are California residents subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (hereinafter referred to as the"CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (hereinafter referred to as the "CPRA").

    2. Right to request deletion or correction of personal information
      You have the right to request that the Company delete or correct personal information collected from you. However, such personal information will not be deleted if the Company is required to retain such information by law.
      Upon your request, the Company will delete or correct your personal information within the scope of the CCPA/CPRA.

    3. Right to opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information
      You have the right to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.However, the Company will not sell or share your personal information.

    4. Right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights
      You have the right not to be discriminated against or retaliated against for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

    5. Right to restrict use or disclosure of sensitive personal information
      You have the right to request that the Company limits its use or disclosure of sensitive personal information to only that which is necessary to provide the Service, except for certain purposes as required by law. However, as of the date of adoption of the CCPA/CPRA Privacy Policy, the Company does not use or disclose sensitive personal information.

      Please note that if you wish to exercise any of the above rights, the Company may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity or to ascertain the scope of your request within the scope of the CCPA/CPRA and related laws.
